At MyVirtualTalent, we are committed to providing top-quality Virtual Employees to meet your IT and non-IT business needs. Whether you hire a Virtual Assistant, Web Developer, PHP Developer, or any other professional through us, we strive to deliver skilled and dedicated support.
We understand that sometimes expectations may not align perfectly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we’ve outlined our refund policy below:
- Trial Period (Day 1 to Day 5)
After you’ve signed the contract and completed the payment, your dedicated employee will begin working immediately.
- If, during the first five business days (Day 1 to Day 5), you are not satisfied with the performance of your assigned employee, you may request a full refund or a replacement.
- In this case, we will:
- Review all communication (email/chat) and work progress between you and the employee.
- If the employee has not responded or failed to deliver work despite your follow-ups, we will issue a 100% refund or assign a replacement (interview optional).
- If the work was completed as per expectations, but you still wish to cancel, we will deduct 5 days' salary of the employee plus a 10% processing fee from the total amount paid, and refund the remaining balance.
- Cancellation After 15 Days
If you are satisfied with the service but choose to cancel the contract after 15 days of work, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for that billing cycle.
- No Task Assigned / No Communication
If the contract is signed and payment made, but:
- You do not assign any tasks, or
- You remain unresponsive throughout the full service period (up to 1 month),
then no refund will be issued. We will consider the service period as completed and automatically terminate the contract at the end of the month.
